Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

Orders placed before 12:30 pm (UK time) on a business day (Monday-Friday) will be dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 12:30 pm, or on weekends or UK public holidays, will be dispatched on the next available dispatch day.

If there is an unexpected delay in your delivery we will contact you by email to let you know and advices you of your new expected delivery date.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping options and charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment confirmation

When your order is placed you will receive an order confirmation. When your order is dispatched we will receive another email to let you know it's on it's way to you.

Damages

If your goods arrived damaged please contact us on enquiries@imaginecosy.co.uk so that we can look into this for you and resolve your issues.

International Shipping Policy

Unfortunately we are currently unable to ship Internationally but we hope to do so in the future.
